Limited warehouse space — the system had to maximize vertical storage capacity while maintaining OSHA-compliant clearances.
Strict safety standards — as the client handles regulated medical waste, all components needed to be sturdy, stable, and free of sharp edges.
Tight timeline — installation had to be completed quickly to avoid disruption of ongoing plant operations.
3-level pallet rack system with heavy-duty uprights and beams.
Custom configuration designed for optimal forklift access and load balance.
Full installation completed within a single workday.
All equipment is anchored and leveled according to OSHA safety standards.
The project began with a detailed on-site assessment to determine load requirements, space constraints, and floor conditions.
Based on these findings, our team designed a selective pallet racking system tailored to Trilogy MedWaste’s storage needs. The configuration allowed for safe handling of biomedical containers, optimized forklift maneuverability, and ensured maximum vertical utilization within the existing warehouse layout.
Given the nature of the client’s operations, safety and compliance were the highest priorities.
All racking components were inspected for structural integrity before assembly, and uprights were securely anchored to the concrete floor to prevent movement or tipping. The system met OSHA standards for stability, spacing, and access, ensuring long-term operational safety.
Once the layout was approved, the Lenokers team completed the delivery, assembly, and safety inspection in just one working day. The installation process was completed without interrupting daily warehouse operations, allowing Trilogy MedWaste to resume full use of the space immediately.
