The project began with a site inspection to evaluate load requirements and the condition of the warehouse floor. Based on these findings, we designed a selective pallet racking system with wire mesh decking, ensuring smooth forklift operation and efficient product flow.
Safety was a top priority. Each upright frame was fitted with OSHA-yellow steel guards to protect against forklift impacts and ensure compliance with safety standards.
After design approval, our team completed the full installation and safety compliance check in just three working days. The system was ready to use immediately and aligned with Photon Marine’s operational and sustainability needs.
