Shipping rates and freight cost is determined based on several different factors: the location where the item ships from, where the item will be shipped to, the shipping method/carrier, and the properties of the item itself (size, weight & quantity have a direct effect the shipping class). Outlined below is our shipping policy along with descriptions of the types of shipping and options we have available during checkout.

The Products

The products that you will order play a large part in how we calculate the shipping method that will be required. Physical dimensions and weights determine the shipping classification of your order, which in turn determines which carriers will be able to handle your delivery. Lenokers will explore the shipping options that are available in an attempt to obtain the best rates possible for our customers. Orders will also be packaged and combined in such a way as to obtain the lowest possible shipping cost.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

After placing your order with us, you will receive an automated email confirmation with your freight rate and total cost. Once we have solidified the delivery with a carrier or freight service, you will be contacted with a confirmation of delivery and any other necessary details (i.e. order number, carrier, tracking number, etc). Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns about your order, or if you have any special delivery requirements (times, appointment required, restricted access, etc).

Damages & Returns

Please inspect your entire shipment for damage prior to signing to accept the shipment (once you have signed the bill of lading, you are stating that you have inspected the material and are satisfied with its condition). If there is damage, note it on the bill of lading and take multiple photos of the damage. If the shipment is severely damaged and completely unusable; take multiple photos, refuse the shipment and DO NOT sign the bill of lading (they will return the shipment to us at no cost to you). Immediately inspect the material to ensure you’ve received everything on your order. Any shortages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Lenokers is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. For more information on returns, please visit our return policy.

International Shipping Policy

Lenokers ships solely to the continental United States.

Types of Shipping

Business with Dock or Forklift – Select this type of shipping if you have a facility that can receive freight shipments without needing a lift gate or unloading assistance for the delivery.

Business without Dock or Forklift – Select this type of shipping if you require a lift gate and unloading assistance with the delivery when it reaches your facility.

Residential – Select this type of shipping if you are planning to have your delivery sent to a residential address.

Shipping Options

Freight Shipping – Select this option during checkout if you would like us to take care of shipping for you.

Customer Pickup – Select this option during checkout if you prefer to pick up your order from our facility in Gresham, Oregon. We will notify you when your order is ready and you can schedule a time to drop by during our normal business hours.

Customer Booking Freight Carrier – If you prefer your own carrier or freight service please select this option. We will contact you with the weight and dimensions of your order so that you can arrange shipment with the carrier of your choice.
